Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

5 more miles this afternoon out on the Arizona Strip. Super dusty but a nice day nonetheless. I ran with some of the younger runners today.

9 miles this afternoon. 5 miles with the TEAM and then added on another 4 miles before I went to pick up the kids. 52 degrees. Perfect weather. 4 more miles to finish off the day while Oliver rode his motorcycle and we talked. Love that kid and his sense of adventure.

3 miles before meeting up with Trevor and Kevin. Added on another 12 miles out towards SunRiver. Felt warm this morning. 7:23/mile. Fun running with those guys. Good end to the week. Great start to the year.
