Nice workout this morning on the track.  I did a 2 mile warm up and then 5 x 1000m w/200m recovery, 4 x 400m w/400m recovery and then a 2 mile cool down.  My 1000 splits were: 3:05, 3:06, 3:06, 3:06, 3:06 and my 400 splits were: 1:12, 1:11, 1:10, and 1:10.  I was happy with the workout again and glad to get this one done.  It was chilly and a little windy which didn't help.

3 easy miles in the afternoon with some of the kids.  Nice and windy which made it extra chilly.

I don't know how you do it in the morning - I just can't ever get my legs going.

Very cool.. and like Holt said, impressive especially for a morning workout.

Hey Logan, great job on your workout and thanks for the invite. 5:30 is pretty early, but I might take you up on it once or twice this month.
