Went and did a track workout at the high school track this morning. I know I need to hit some faster stuff on the track. I did a 2 mile warm up, 4 x 1000m with 200m recovery, 4 x 400 with 400m recovery, and then a 2 mile cool down. I did the 1000s in 3:07, 3:06, 3:05, and 3:06. The 400s were 1:11, 1:11, 1:10, and 1:10. Legs felt good this morning and I was happy to hit a solid workout. Temps felt nice this morning. 3 more easy miles this afternoon.
