Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

Tempo Tuesday with Dave and Clyde. We did our regular route. 3 mile warm up, 6 miles of tempo, and a 3.5 mile cool down. It was a little warm but I felt pretty good on the tempo section and ended up averaging 5:35/mile. Happy with the effort. Now I get to look forward to running in the heat this afternoon with the team. Yeah!

6.30 miles with repeats on the Bloomington Hills North Park grass. If region is going to be there, I figure we might as well run on it every now and then. I pushed the girls this afternoon and they did very well. Solid day of running.

It's a 12.6 mile loop. I've garmined it twice just running continuous. So call your warm up 3.1 or your cool down 3.6. Don't waste that tenth. Good job today soulja!

I waste the tenth too - but just because I like 1/4's, 1/2's, and 3/4's (no strange .389231342's or whatever.
