Long-Term Running Goals: Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle. Personal: I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High. |

| | Ran 10 miles from the high school and went around the Bloomington Loop and back along the River Trail. 6:51/mile. Another solid run.

| | 4 miles this morning. Still warm.
8 miles this afternoon while Norah rode her bike alongside me. It was really fun talking about lots of stuff and playing Simon says. She only needed to stop and rest three times. Super impressed with her. We kept it fairly flat running over to Santa Clara.

| | Slept in this morning due to all the rain and wind.
Ran 10 miles in the afternoon. Slight drizzle made for an enjoyable run. Ended up chucking up my lunch/dinner. Not so fun but I survived.

| | Met up with Steve at the DC. I got a mile done by myself before he showed up to test the trail. It was super icy and slick. We ran 15 miles from the DC, out to the Fields, through Little Valley, back up around Bloomington Hills, and to the DC. Quite the adventure. It has been far too long not running with Steve. He is quite the character. Missed out on having Dave with us.
Great week for me. Happy with the effort!
