| | Slept in this morning and will do it for the rest of the week due to Spring Break. I have lots of projects around the house which includes the main one of getting closer to finishing up the backyard. Yeah! I ran 10 miles this morning over into Santa Clara and it felt good. The weather was a touch cooler but it made for a nice run. I averaged 6:36/mile.

| | Met up with Dave, Clyde, and Steve this morning at the DC. We did the club run twice and hit 20 miles for the run. It was nice and easy but easy is misguiding. We all were pretty tired from last Saturday's run. Couple of pitstops and ended up averaging 7:13/mile. Glad to get a long run in early in the week. I will be crazy busy this weekend trying to finish up the backyard and stuff going on at school. |

| | 10 miles this morning out along the Highway. I averaged 6:51/mile and finished the run with 8 x 100m strides. Nice weather for a run. Another long day working out in the sun trying to finish up the backyard. |

| | I wasn't able to run yesterday due to finally getting grass put in the backyard. It has taken 2 years but it is in. I was trashed so I relaxed and decided to go for a long run again this morning. I ran from my house in Ivins out through Kayenta and then just past the turn off going towards Gunlock. I kept it nice and easy the first 10 and then kept it steady the last 10. This is not the easiest 20 mile route due to the rolling hills but I seem to run better on them. I averaged 6:33/mile overall and finished with a 5:22 last mile. I ran the 20 in just over 2 hours 10 minutes. One of the better 20 milers I have had in a long time. I can't remember the last time I did two 20 milers in the same week. Happy to get it in though.

| | Started this run at 4pm this afternoon. Lots going on this morning. I wanted to get some fast miles in and I was able to accomplish that. I started with a 2 mile warm up over to Unity Park and then ran 3 miles @ a fast clip over into Santa Clara. I hit 5:22, 5:15, and 5:21. I kept it steady on the way back to the Ivins Fire Department and then finished off with a 5:11 mile. I averaged 6:11/mile. Happy to get a solid workout in after a long spring break. Happy day!
