Big workout this morning with Steve, Dustin B., and Dave. We met at the PV track and did a 3 mile warm up into Green Springs. We then did 4 x 800m and 2 x 1600m with 400m recovery in between. It felt really good. I did the first mile in 5:20 and then the second one in 4:57. The 800s were at about 2:21-2:25. 3 mile cool down back up into Green Springs.

7 more miles with the team after school. It was a little breezy and temps were cool. We ran out towards the new airport. It was really fun. 7:18/mile. Great day.

Scott,

I am pacing Steve to run 2:36. I am looking into doing another 50k this fall.
