6 miles in the afternoon with the boys. Good to be back with the team. I am really excited for track this year. Should be a great year with both the boys and girls teams.

Did an easy 3 in the morning with the team. No time for a run after school due to a track meeting with all of the other coaches. Looks like we will have some fun meets.

Met up with Dave, Stephen, and Aaron and the DC. We did the same loop James and I did last week but just in the opposite direction. Perfect morning with the guys. They cut it a little short but I extended to get my 20 miles for the day. These longer runs are getting easier. Still a little sore but I am feeling stronger. Looking forward to the 50k or 50 miler in March.

Solid week considering school started back up. Just need to plan and schedule so it all can work out.
