I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. | | Very long day at work so when I got home I went and ran Barrel Roll. It was perfect temps and just what I needed. I seriously love running on that trail. It is very therapeutic.

| | Pushed Oliver in the stroller after school over to Santa Clara and back. He seriously loves riding in that thing. Glad he enjoys it because it is starting to become a bear to push him. Did 2 miles worth of Fartlek work at the end of the run. Kind of interesting while pushing a stroller.

| | Met up at the DC and ran with Haydo, Steve, Dave, and Aaron. Lots of fun on our run. We went to Bloomington and back through Bloomington Hills and then caught the River Trail. Extended an extra 2 miles with Aaron and Haydo to get 16+ for the day. Felt pretty good and the temps were nice. It is great meeting up with the guys and talking about lots of stuff. Haydo is kicking behind at SUU.
Today is our 9th wedding anniversary! Nice to think back and see how we got married in Logan on a cold winter day. Memories! Crazy to think it has already been 9 years. I love Katey very much.
