Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

10.3 miles this afternoon with Boston Wood around Little Black Mtn. We had a lot of wind and a little bit of rain. It was quite the adventure. Lots of fun though.

11.6 miles total this morning. Ran from the house over to the Confluence Park Trail to meet up with Lily. It was nice running with her and catching up. It is fun seeing alumni every so often. The Epsom salt bath last night really helped the legs. 

4 miles out along River Road tonight while Oliver rode his motorcycle alongside me.

Ran from my place over to Steve's house in Bloomington. This was just over 4.5 miles. We then looped around the Mayor's Loop. Temps were absolutely perfect. It was great talking with Steve and getting out for a run. It has been too long. 14.75 miles total. 7:36/mile. Great way to end the week. Need to be slightly more consistent in the middle of the week.
