6 total miles at practice. I did the warm up with the kids and then helped them with Webb Hill repeats. Cool down back to the school.
3 miles this afternoon in the heat. It was only 105 degrees.

| | 8.5 miles total this morning. I had another tempo run. Just trying to really be more smart about these and not go too fast. 7 total miles of tempo. 5:52, 5:55, 5:59, 6:01, 5:55, 5:59, 5:53. I went back and pushed another .25 in with Aaron. Felt good.
3 miles running with some of the new kids on the TEAM.

| | 7.25 miles before practice with Trevor. 6:49/mile. Did the loop around Webb Hill. I was tired at the start but we got moving after a mile or two. Getting old stinks :)
6 more miles with the girls doing a Fartlek working out in Warner Valley. Solid stuff.

| | Ran 20.25 miles down the marathon course this morning. Did a 10 mile warm up, 4 miles at marathon pace, 1 mile recovery, and then 3.5 miles at marathon pace, 1 mile cool down.
5:42, 5:35, 5:43, 5:41, threw up during the recovery mile (felt better), 5:43, 5:41, 5:47, 2:47 (1/2 mile).
I didn't really warm up until about mile 7. I was still waking up. Super happy with this run though. 6:36/mile overall. Very positive workout to put in the bank.
