Long-Term Running Goals: Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle. Personal: I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High. |

| | 6 miles in the morning. 6 miles in the afternoon. Did a workout with Darian. 2 mile warm up, 1x600m, 2x400m, 1x600m, 3x300m, 4x200m with one mile cool down. Solid workout from her.

| | 6 miles in the morning. 7.10 miles with the guys out by Little Valley Park and then back. We planned on looping it but the road was blocked off.

| | 10.20 miles this morning with the guys. Felt good. 6 miles this afternoon. 2 mile warm up and then 4x800m with some of the boys, 2 mile cool down. Felt pretty good. Slight wind does not help though. Solid day of running.

| | Woke up early this morning in order to get 15 miles for the day since the track meet is this afternoon. I ran along Snow Canyon Parkway over into town. I caught up with a guy and he wanted to race while I was just running easy. I could tell he was a little tired but I made a turn so the fun ended there. 7:22/mile. Nice run for a Friday morning. |

Got up and was running with Clyde at 5:15am. We started at his house and then ran all the way to the new airport along the parkway. I couldn't see the hills since it was dark but I could feel them. It was a rolling course the whole way in both directions. Kept it relaxed for most of it and then pushed a little for the last couple miles. 6:57/mile overall. Solid way to end the week.
Still really busy with school stuff so happy to get the mileage in with some okay workouts. |
