5 easy miles this morning at a 7:30/mile pace overall. Felt good to be running again. Happy to have this sick/rest week over so I can really get going again next week.

Good to see you back. Are you doing the New Year's Eve run?

From Logan on Sun, Dec 30, 2007 at 18:36:48

I tried talking Katey into doing it but she is saying it is a no go. Quite the bummer if I say so. Good to see you are feeling better. Maybe we can meet up tomorrow night. We still don't have any plans.

Logan, I think the races starts and ends at Union Station. We don't have any plans for after the dinner.

Logan, I heard you did the acceleration program. Would you reccomend it and did you feel it made a diffrence? Myself and a couple of friends are thinking about signing up. Glad to see you back running.

From Logan on Sun, Dec 30, 2007 at 21:05:38

MIke, I only did it for a month and a half. I could tell a difference after I did it. I was still doing high mileage (100+) and interval work on top of it but it did help a ton.

From Logan on Sun, Dec 30, 2007 at 21:07:15

Paul, I will give you a call if we don't end up doing anything.
