6 miles in the morning.

11 miles in the afternoon.

It took me almost 15 minutes to get ready this morning due to all the layers of clothing.  Getting dressed shouldn't take this long! I beat my time for getting dressed and did it in 10 minutes this afternoon. I was stoked about this. I went out and it started to snow and got a little windy. I stuck with my plan for the tempo run and finished with a 6:03/mile pace overall. I had 5 miles that were under 6:00/mile pace. I was happy considering the rolling hills and the slight headwind. I really need to stay focused and continue to get out in this wonderful weather. It was a steamy 24 degrees this afternoon!

I hear you. You want to get out the door so you can get back for work or whatever and then you realize how much time you spend on getting ready for the cold run. Nice run.

Thanks for picking that stuff up the other day. After being up there for a couple days I don't know how you guys do it. I didn't have much time to run but the weather just made me decide not to do it at all. Kudos for going out this morning in that tundra.

Clyde,

We fill the same way about you guys in the summer. I don't know how you got your 100 mile weeks in that 110+ crap, that is dedication!

That should say "we feel the same way about you guys in the summer".

Congratulations on your "getting dressed" PR! And fabulous job on your run, of course.
