Ran 20.25 miles down the marathon course this morning. Did a 10 mile warm up, 4 miles at marathon pace, 1 mile recovery, and then 3.5 miles at marathon pace, 1 mile cool down.
5:42, 5:35, 5:43, 5:41, threw up during the recovery mile (felt better), 5:43, 5:41, 5:47, 2:47 (1/2 mile).
I didn't really warm up until about mile 7. I was still waking up. Super happy with this run though. 6:36/mile overall. Very positive workout to put in the bank.
