El Burro Blanco

Long last couple of days due to all the Governor's mandates now. Trying to stay positive and control what I can control. It has been one of the more interesting and memorable cross country seasons ever. Cooler temps this evening but it was really nice. I threw up a couple times for some weird reason. I felt better after. I ran from my place out towards SunRiver. Cruise control at 7:32/mile. 12 miles total. 

8 miles this morning with Trevor around Crimson Cliffs. 30 degrees. First time scraping off ice from the windshield this winter. Nice little push.

4 more miles this evening along River Road.

8 miles this morning looping around Webb Hill with Trevor. A little bit warmer this morning at 37 degrees. Nice little push at the end. 

6 more miles along Snow Canyon Parkway after I dropped off Myla at school with the weird schedule. Had to take a day off. I haven't done this in a while.

Same loop as yesterday morning but did it on my own. A little chilly again this morning.

6 more miles in Ivins again after dropping Myla off at school. Like he says in "Field of Dreams." If you build it, they will come. I cannot believe how much growth has gone on in Ivins. Dirt is now houses everywhere Yikes! 6:57/mile. 

4 miles in the afternoon while Oliver rode his motorcycle next to me.

Ran just over 10 miles with Trevor this morning going around Little Valley and out around Crimson Cliffs. I tacked on a few miles after to get 14 total for the day. 7:00/mile overall. Good way to finish the week.
