7 miles with the cross country team in the afternoon.  We did some nice pickups on the track.  I then went and did 3 more miles on the treadmill at the high school since it was so blasted hot outside.  I slowly moved the pace up to under 6:00/mile.  It felt good to get the legs moving.  Little cool down after wards.

Not a bad start to the week.

6 easy miles with the 2nd group of boys on the cross country team.

I then went and ran another 8 miles out in the hills behind the high school.  I was planning on going with Kamm but he had family stuff going on.  It was nice and easy with some good climbs.  I had to be careful because it got kind of dark quick.

Running with Clyde and Paul H. in the morning.

14.20 miles in the morning.

3 miles in the afternoon.

I ran with Paul H. and Clyde this morning.  My legs were not feeling that great but we all survived and lived to talk about it.  We ended up averaging 7:35/mile overall.  Nothing spectacular but it was nice to finish the run in one piece.  The body is slowly starting to cooperate more with me running more consistently.

I ran an easy 3 miles with the cross country team before timing them on their 800s.  They did well on this workout.

Met up with Chad, Adam, Walter, and Clyde in Salt Lake for a really fun run.  We started at the capitol and then ran over by the Shriner's hospital.  Chad and Walter cut it short but it was fun running with them for a little bit.  Adam then took us up City Creek which was awesome.  The temperature was great and the hills were even better!  Adam kept saying that we had just a few more until we turned back around but it seemed to be one long continuous climb for a bunch of miles.  We got to the top and had some refreshing water and then came back down which felt really good on the legs.  It was a great morning run.

As the snow comes soon for you Northern Utah folks, head south and we will find places for you to stay so we can get a bunch of people and go for a fun run.  We talked about it a little this morning and we should get something set in stone.  It would be a great time of year for everyone to come down during December or January.

Now off to do wedding stuff for my younger sister.  Yeah!

I woke up at ran with Dave and Greg from the hotel in Provo up the canyon.  It was nice not having to run a ton of miles this morning.  I am glad that I was able to run with those guys.  It was nice chatting with them which made the run even better.

Probably the best week of running for me for the entire year.  The leg keeps feeling better and better each day so I can't complain.  Hopefully I can keep things going.
