Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

9.5 total miles early this morning. I woke up at 4:30am and got my first part of the run in. I did a big loop from my house along the River Trail. I met up with Trevor at Maverik and he did 4.5 miles with me. Felt okay but was a little tired.

We took the TEAM up to Kanarraville for our progression run. I ran with the girls for the first 5.5 miles and then helped push some of the younger boys in. It is such a great place to run. 5400 feet elevation and great gravel road. 9 miles total with the TEAM.

19.5 total miles this morning to end the week. I didn't get the workouts in I wanted but I am okay with it since I wasn't feeling great. Next week should be better.
