Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

10.25 miles looping around Little Black Mtn. this evening. Needed to get out and enjoy the weather. It got kind of dark closer to the end of my run but the sunset was beautiful.

Ran Prospector with the TEAM this morning. Solid effort from everyone today. Tacked on another 4 miles with Ben to go and explore a little bit. 12 miles total this morning.

6 more miles this evening. Temps were amazing and the breeze was perfect. Left at 9pm and it was still very light out. Wonderful time of year!
