8 miles in the morning.

12 miles in the afternoon.

The morning runs are not as cold as they used to be.  This is a good sign.  Just kept it nice and easy again.

It was a nice and relaxed 12 mile without the Garmin tonight.  It was a little windy but it felt good because the temperature was pretty hot.

This is unfortunately so true!

Hey, what kind of daily schedule are you planning for the summer - i.e. Monday (repeats); Tuesday (long) whatever... I figured you, Clyde, and I should be somewhat on the same page so we can do a few workouts a week together.

Dave,

I have been doing the following the last couple months: Monday (repeats), Thursday (tempo or repeats, and Saturday (long with some tempo or just nice and steady for the run). The rest of the runs have been easy. Paul Pilkington has done it this way with me. I will see how it has helped once I do Ogden in a couple weeks. We need to run together for sure so we can push each other.
