Decided to just rest up yesterday since I wasn't feeling great. Ran with Kevin and Dave along the River Trail towards Sullivan Park. 10 miles total with them and then I tacked on 4 more after. A little bit of rain felt nice. 7:35/mile.

Didn't feel great this morning so I ended up sleeping for a while and then went out in the afternoon. Legs were flat and ended up hacking up a lot of stuff. 12 miles total. Did an out and back towards SunRiver.

Met up with some alumni from Desert Hills. Ran with Kale Sharp and Sage Ducote from Confluence Park towards Hell Hole and back along the trail. Pretty much a perfect morning. Lots of fun. Great catching up with them. 16.2 miles total. 7:24/mile.

12.4 miles total. Ran from my place down along the golf course and then caught the trail towards Stone Cliff. Crazy warm and then get it windy and a little cold. Great run though. Legs were a little sore from yesterday.

Ran with Kevin from Silver Reef almost to the Oak Grove Campground. Straight up for 6 miles. Got into some ice and snow towards the top. Loved cruising on the way back though. 12 miles total.
