Thu, 13 Nov 2008 05:00:00 +0100 Wed, Nov 12, 2008 http://logan.fastrunningblog.com/blog-11-12-2008.html 6 miles in the morning. 8.50 miles in the afternoon. A rough run this morning for some reason.  I was dragging.  Hopefully I get some energy back for this afternoon. I decided to do a trail run this afternoon. I went out along the Santa Clara River and then back towards the backside of Ivins. It was relaxing and lots of fun. Trail runs seem to help the body and mind just get away from the grind of being on the roads.
