Long-Term Running Goals: Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle. Personal: I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High. |

Did 5 miles total this afternoon while doing the small workout with the TEAM. Solid group still coming out. 8 x :30 sec. up Montezuma's Hill and then a push back down.

| | 15 cold miles this morning with Steve along the River Trail. Threw in 3 miles of tempo for good measure. Neck is still tight but ended up doing 5:41, 5:42, 5:41. Nothing fancy but positive.

| | 5.5 miles after school with the TEAM along River Rd. 7:22/mile. Excited for Footlocker. Neck is still bugging me.

| | 19 total miles with Steve this morning. Did our Sunriver loop, out along the Desert Parkway, looped by the high school and then caught the River Trail. Loads of memories. Quite chilly. 7:20/mile. Steve is amazing!
Ran 3 more miles down in Hacienda Heights with the TEAM.

| | Got up early and ran from the hotel through Hacienda Heights and City of Industry. Ran along the busy roads on the sidewalk dodging lots of cars. 5 miles in I found a paved trail along the river. I was happy to get away from the traffic. Ran into a farm of pigs and horses. Kind of weird seeing this in the city. 7:20/mile. I will never move to California. 3.10 miles running the Footlocker course with the TEAM. |

| | 7 quick miles before heading over to Footlocker for all of the races. 7:30/mile. Got yelled out by someone driving by me. Don't understand how people think it is fun to yell at runners. Oh well. It must be the short shorts they enjoy. TEAM ran well. Hoping for a couple kids to do a little better but a ton of positives. Ran it's time to get ready for track. |
