Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

Ran 7.25 miles with the TEAM this afternoon. Did 8x400m with 4x200m finishes. Excited for this weekend. 

Banquet was tonight and it was awesome. Always nice to celebrate each year. Jaiden signed his NLI to run at SUU. It was fun because everyone gave him a standing ovation. They are getting a special one.

Ran 12.10 miles this morning with Steve along the River Trail. Absolutely perfect morning. 7:17/mile. Cannot beat this weather right now.

5 more miles this afternoon. Perfect temps. Excited that both TEAMs are in the championship race this weekend. Should be fun!

11 miles this morning before the races. Same route as yesterday through Chandler except a little warmer temps. 6:35/mile. 3 1/2 miles of Fartleks towards the end and felt really good. Happy to end the week this way.

Boys and girls ran decent at Nike. Wind played a big factor but lots of positives from today.
