Woke up in Logan this morning looking at snow on the ground.  It was raining a little bit while I was out today.  The sun came out for just a little while but it was cold conditions (39 degrees).  Nice and relaxed run from my in-laws out towards Smithfield and back.  Nice start to the week.

Better weather today in Logan.  I ran from the in-laws up into Logan Canyon.  I ran along the River Trail and then went all the way up to Spring Hollow Campground.  I forgot that the headwind can be quite nasty through the canyon.  It was really beautiful in the canyon.  This time of year it is difficult to find any place more beautiful.  It was a little muddy in spots but a really nice trail run.  Slowly starting to feel a little stronger each day.

I decided to do a different run today.  I ran along the Bonneville Shoreline Trail and then went up Green Canyon.  It was a beautiful day and I couldn't ask for better running conditions.  I got a little dehydrated so I needed to cut the run a little short so I could replenish.  Nice little climb up through Green Canyon.  It was memorable.

6 easy miles over to North Logan and back.  Ran along 16th east.  Cooler temps but it was still nice out.

4.30 miles around the university this afternoon.  I had to cut it short because I think I am getting sick.  Not fun at all.

I was supposed to run with Paul this morning but I woke up and was not feeling good.  Everyone at my in-laws is sick and I was moaning all night.  I wish I could have ran with Paul but it will have to wait until next time.

15 miles this morning from the DC with the Circle of Trust and Taylor.  It was a great morning and I felt really good after being sick all day yesterday.  It was fun being in Logan all week but I am very happy to be home.

We kept the pace nice and relaxed the first half and then picked it up a little bit towards the end.  Glad to get a solid run in and feeling stronger everyday.

Next week will be exciting due to cross country starting and having a full week to run in sunny St. George.  Ready to get going again.
