3 miles before practice around Bloomington and then 5.5 miles on the first day of practice. Lots of new kids out which makes it a lot of fun. Excited for this year. Should be a very fun group.

13.5 miles this morning. Ran from the house over to the high school for practice. Did 5 miles with the girls towards SunRiver and then 10 minutes of barefoot running after on the turf. Ran back home after practice.

6.5 miles this afternoon. First 100 degree weather run of the year. Slight breeze helped a bit but it was still toasty.

Happy Running Day!

17 total miles this morning. Ran from the house and looped around the Southern Parkway back down along River Road. Temps were really nice this morning. 7:24/mile.

Solid week of running. I was planning on doing some workouts but I tweaked my neck real bad this week so they will have to wait until next week.

Finally starting to feel pretty good.
