Legs are still quite sore after Saturday's race. Ran an easy 7.5 miles this afternoon while the team did the workout.

Ran this afternoon with the team out on the Arizona Strip on a new back entrance to Little Black Mtn. Lots of fun. A little warm.

3 easy miles this morning while timing the team at practice. Glad I took it easy the first three days of the week. Feel a lot better. Now a long drive to Logan in order to spend time with family.

Slept in a bit and did a long run all around Logan. Ran up to Smithfield and then back down main street towards Logan High and then back up to my in-laws house. 6:51/mile. Actually felt great to get a longer run in today.

Ran an easy 10 today. Did an out and back towards Smithfield again. Went on a fun hike on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail with the family. I cannot believe how nice the weather is.

Finished off the stay in Logan with a great run over to Providence and back. It was great running through all the trees. I absolutely love running in Logan. I am used to running in snow when I come up or in cold weather but it has been great the last couple days.

Happy to have had a solid finish to the week. Legs feel much better. Back to the regular routine. Whatever that is.
