Went and did Barrel Roll right at noon since I was helping with putting up flags this morning. It seems like a bunch of people were over there today. I used to run on this trail and hardly see anybody. It was crazy busy with people riding ATV's, shooting guns, and mountain bikers. My legs were a little flat for the first couple miles but I started to get going after a while. I have really enjoyed spending a fair amount of time on the trails lately. 13 miles total.

6.5 miles this afternoon with the boys over to Coach Powell's house. Overcast made it perfect weather. Good talk with Josh.

4 easy miles this morning with the TEAM.

7 total miles this afternoon. Crazy windy so I tweaked the workout today. Ended up doing 400s and some 200s with the girls and some of the boys. Pretty happy with how it went. Yoga after wards.

Got to be a Watch Dog at Norah's elementary today. Funny how different elementary students are with high school students. Big difference! Lots of fun though.

12 total miles this afternoon. 4 with the TEAM and then 8 more in to Little Valley. I actually had to dunk my hat in water since it was so hot. Crazy nice weather right now! Went and iced the legs in my parent's pool after. 7:04/mile.

16 total miles this morning. Went a little earlier before meeting up with the TEAM and did some miles on the Virgin River Trail. Pretty cold along the river. Met up with the TEAM and did a progression run with the last couple miles as a good push. Felt pretty good. My hamstring was a little tight but I guess that is because I am old.

Happy with how the TEAM did today. Another solid week.
