6 miles in the morning at the school. Ran with the kids for some of it and then added on. Legs are slightly trashed from Saturday still :)

Meetings all afternoon. Got out around 4pm and it was absolutely perfect. The weather this week is supposed to be great. 7 miles around by my parent's new house and then back through Little Valley to the high school. Perfect conditions except my legs were slightly tight still.

Clyde's loop from his house with Clyde and Steve. Legs felt much better this morning but still not 100%. We almost got sprayed by a skunk. We have had way too many close calls the last 3 months. It is bound to happen for one of us to get sprayed and when it does I plan on taking a day off of work.

Warm up and cool down with the team this afternoon as I timed them.

3 miles easy in the morning with the team.

7.75 miles total this afternoon. Warmed up to our 2 mile Power Run route, jogged the loop once and then got started. Ran with Courtney today and was happy with how the team did. It is not an easy route and I was impressed with how well the team did. Cooled down back to the high school.

MTL with The Circle this morning. Started just with a short sleeve shirt and I am glad I did. Absolutely perfect morning. We decided to just keep a nice steady pace throughout the whole run. Felt great throughout the whole run. Hit 6:25/mile overall for 21 miles. Great conversation and always fun to be with the guys. Pushed it in the last mile. Excited for Phoenix.

Highlights from the run:

-Dodging soccer moms driving out to Staheli Farms. Literally 100s of cars on the road.

-Dave running down the road with his shirt off and swinging it around cheering for soccer at the soccer moms.

-Spending time with Clyde as the sunset came up.

Glad to have this week over. One or two more decent workouts and then I will see how it goes at Phoenix. Just need to be smart and run controlled. It will be a fun trip with the guys and our spouses.
