6 more miles this afternoon in Warner Valley. A little colder temps but felt good to do a 15 minute tempo with the girls. Felt really good and happy with the way they ran.

7.5 miles this afternoon. Fartlek workout at BHNP. Did it with the girls. :15, :30, :45, 1:00, 2:00, 2:30, 2:00, 1:00, :45, :30, and :15. Solid push from the girls today. Impressed with them a lot. Weights after.

7.15 miles this afternoon from the high school looping around Little Valley. Lots of construction still going on out there. 6:57/mile.

| | Slept in a little which was nice. Fairly tired. Ran from the house out along Snow Canyon Parkway and back. Plan was to keep it easy on the way out and then pick it up a little on the way back with pushing the last 2 miles. Hit 5:45 and 5:34 for the last two. Felt good to get the legs moving. Nothing exciting but it is a start. 6:55/mile for 15.25 miles.
