Met up with the Octagon of Trust (Me, Dave, Clyde, Mike, Bill, Dustin, no Steve or James) this morning for our run.  We did just over a 3 mile warm up and then did 6 miles at Tinman pace.  We averaged 5:54/mile for this section.  The last 2 miles are killer but we all survived.  We finished with a cool down back to Clyde's.  It felt good today on the run despite the 90 degree temps at 5am in the morning.  I think I swallowed bugs along the trail to get my daily required amount of protein.  Fun to have a bigger group.

I then hurried over to cross country practice.  I ran with the girls this morning so I wouldn't push too much.  It actually felt good to loosen up the legs more.  Nice to be done for the day.  It is supposed to be another scorcher today.

You guys want to do Chelsi's Run on Thursday night (maybe after club?) $10 if we turn in our entry for tomorrow at the Pizza Factory in St. George.

Tell your kids about it tomorrow and try to get a bunch of them out to run the 5K
