I woke up early and met up with Dave and Clyde for our run this morning.  We had to go early due to the cross country meet out at Hurricane.  We started at the store and ran all the way out to the Shivwits Reservation and back.  We kept it nice and relaxed for the first 15 miles and then dropped the pace a little bit each mile for the remainder of the race.  It felt good but I was fairly tired once I was done.  Very glad to be done with the week.  Next week the mileage will be cut back and I will be able to get some much needed rest.  Alright!
