| | 12 miles this afternoon from Little Valley, out around Crimson Cliffs High, down along Stone Cliff and then back up along River Road. Last week was one of my two sick weeks I give myself each year :) I did not feel well after everyone got sick over Thanksgiving.
7:17/mile today for the run. Got rid of lots of sickness and fluid on this run. Cleansing run!

Loads of fun talking with them about college, running, and life. So happy for them. Tacked on a few more with the high schoolers before their workout. Had to hurry because I am heading north to help my brother and sister-in-law move in to their new place. 7:22/mile overall. Rained the whole time so bloody nipples :) I will live. Felt great this morning!

| | 8 miles on the hotel treadmill. I do a treadmill run at least once a year to mentally work through it. ESPN helped.
Swam and aquajogged in the pool after.
