| | Long last couple of days due to all the Governor's mandates now. Trying to stay positive and control what I can control. It has been one of the more interesting and memorable cross country seasons ever. Cooler temps this evening but it was really nice. I threw up a couple times for some weird reason. I felt better after. I ran from my place out towards SunRiver. Cruise control at 7:32/mile. 12 miles total.

| | Myla came into my room at about 4am this morning asking if I was tired. I told her I was asleep and that she should go to sleep. She hopped into bed and fell asleep next to me. I wasn't able to run this morning so I ended up going out later tonight. It was nice and cool outside but I listened to some great podcasts from Brad Stulberg and Steve Magness. The Growth Equation is worth the time.
I ran from the house out past Crimson Cliffs High. It was a lovely evening. 7:34/mile overall.

| | Today was one of those epic runs where you remember why you run. Dave, Steve, Kevin Cave, and I went and ran the West Rim Trail this morning in Zion National Park. We started at Lava Point but started a little late because we had to get the van out of the snow since it was stuck. That was a great start to the adventure.
Temps were absolutely perfect and we ended up running in snow for the first little bit of the run. We ended up seeing four people on the upper section of the trail which was a bit of a surprise. The mud was dry enough because it was cold so lots of the trail was soft. Perfect! We got just above Angel's Landing and started seeing more people along the trail. It was fun blasting down the trail and hearing everyone's comments. Lots of good memories. We made it down to the Grotto and ran down the canyon until the bridge. We pushed the last 2.5 miles pretty well. Tons of deer along the trail and the colors were unbelievable. 20 total miles and a really sore body to show for it. Totally worth it. Glad I was able to do it with these guys.

| | Relaxed this morning and then went out this afternoon when the weather was warmer. Ran around Little Black Mountain. Tons of cars and ATVs out there. It kicked up a lot of dust. Blue skies and perfect temps made it great though. 14.5 miles total. 7:22/mile overall. Great way to end the week.
