| | 15 total miles this morning around Little Black Mountain. Underclassmen had a great run this morning. 12.5 miles of progression. Some major breakthroughs on the boys and girls' side. Happy with what took place.
Rested a little bit and then went back out for another 10 miles with Trevor. Felt fatigued and hungry the whole time but still made it an honest effort. Felt much better after I stopped and threw up the eggs. 6:24/mile overall with a 5:47 last mile for 10 total miles. Good push for the second run of the day.
25 miles total for this beautiful Saturday. Needed to do something a little out of the ordinary today.
Happy to see lots of the kids race well at the Snow Canyon Half Marathon.

| | Got away from the sick kids all night and did a much needed run. 10 miles at 6:55/mile. Got rained on a little bit but it ended up warming up once the sun popped out for a little while.

| | Slept in with sick kiddos. Sun finally came out. Ran around Little Valley into the fields and back around Stone Cliff. 11 miles at 7:07/mile. Felt great with the sun out. Wanted to go longer but needed to get back to help with sick kids.
