4.5 more miles this afternoon with the warm up, timing, and actually running some of the 2nd Michigan. Happy with how the workout went for the TEAM. The younger group stepped up big today. Excited to see their progress. Hit two road miles at 5:40 and 5:44. Felt pretty good actually.

| | 13 glorious miles early around 3:40am. Went out along the new parkway and it was awesome looking at the stars. 7:09/mile. Actually felt pretty darn good considering I was really tired. Needed to go super early due to heading up north to visit Weber and Davis School District to meet with some of their staff to get ideas from them on how we can be better down here in WCSD.

6 more miles when I got home. Norah rode her bike along the River Trail with me. She was awesome. She would stay in front of me and I would chase her and she kept me going. Good little push for 3 or so miles. She is awesome! Love these kind of days.

Went to Jaiden's house after for a home visit from SUU. Nice getting to know Coach Houle a lot better and talking with Paul. First time being a part of this experience with a home visit. Breakfast from Jaiden's parents was yummy. Excited to see what the future holds for Jaiden.

Banquet was tonight and it was awesome. Always nice to celebrate each year. Jaiden signed his NLI to run at SUU. It was fun because everyone gave him a standing ovation. They are getting a special one.

| | Long night so I just ended up doing the workout with the TEAM at practice in the afternoon. Super pumped we have so many kids willing to continue working day in and day out. Love what I do.
We went to Webb Hill and did 10 x 1:00min. uphill/downhill repeats in prep for Footlocker. Excited to see so many kids stepping up. Pumped for next week.

| | 14 miles this morning off the loop off Navajo Dr. in Bloomington. Did it with Boston. Excited for him to go on his mission in less than two weeks. Chilly at first but perfect once we got going. 7:44/mile. Not bad considering the big climbs throughout. Fun stuff.

| | Slept in since we have a break, read a little and then went for my run at 11am. I am fortunate to live where I live. Short sleeves and short shorts today. Did the Bloomington Loop and then caught the River Trail. 6:39/mile for 14 miles. Perfect day.

| | 20 total miles early this morning with the one and only Steve Hooper. We went from Bloomington and ran all the way out to Santa Clara. Great conversation with a nice chill in the air. Saw three coyotes down by the river which was pretty cool. Pushed it the last couple miles. 7:07/mile. First 20 in a long time.
This was one of my best weeks of running all year. Positive stuff happening right now.

Did 5 miles total this afternoon while doing the small workout with the TEAM. Solid group still coming out. 8 x :30 sec. up Montezuma's Hill and then a push back down.
