Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

Another cold morning.  Still keeping this week fairly light and easy due to the race on Saturday.  It should be fun!

Fun club run this evening.  Good conversation about the joys of life and everything else that goes with it.  I was going to add on some more at the end with Clyde and Dave but I friends in town from up north.  Cold weather!

Good luck Logan on saturday! I hope that you stick around for us slow people....It should be a fun run. I like all except the west canyon dirt up hill. I just get into a good rythum of easy downhill running and then hit the dirt and hill. Hopfully the race atmosphere will help propel me up the hill.
