| | 17 total miles this morning. I slept in until 7:30am and it felt great. The temps were absolutely perfect on my run. One of those magical mornings where everything just seemed to click. Felt really good this morning. I felt great on the run. Ran from the house and went clear out past Staheli Farms. Locked in and just cruised this morning. 7:07/mile. One of the best runs in a long time. Very happy to get this in and the end of this week. Lots of positive things going on in my life. A positive mindset is helpful.

I ran another 3 miles a little quicker in 6:36/mile finishing off with one more mile to make it just over 10.25 miles for the morning.
