| | Ran with Trevor over to the marathon finish line to cheer runners in. Saw some old friends and it made me miss racing. Maybe next year. Great to run and talk with Trevor. Lots of fun.
18.2 miles total. 6:32/mile. Solid week of running for me.
Ended up taking my new mountain bike with John after the afternoon session and ride on Pushing Tin and Secret Sauce. It was pretty fun. I will start doing a little more of this I think to supplement the running. It actually helped loosen up the legs.
