| | 12 miles this morning from the new house out along the river trail. Temps were perfect. 6:52/mile with a 5:38 mile in at the end for good measure.
Came back hom and took the kids out on the trail for 3 miles while I pushed Myla and Katey jogging along. Lots of fun.

| | Ran from the house over to the high school, ran with the TEAM, and then ran home. 10.6 miles total. I will start doing this more often. Kind of nice to do this.
Dixie All-Comers meet went well.
Big Michigan workout this evening under the lights at the high school with some of the runners. Ran with the girls to push them along. I owe a lot of people dinner. I guess that is a good thing since the workout went so well. Lots of positives. 10.5 miles total.

| | 14 mile run along the River Trail. Cold temps at the start of the run. Actually could have used gloves it was so cold. Nice and relaxed on the way out and then kind of pushed back to the house averaging just over 6:00/mile for the last couple miles. 6:46/mile overall.
Solid way to end the week. Happy with what I was able to get in.
