8 miles with Mark this morning from the hotel before the Grass Relays. Fairly happy with how things went today. Couple of the guys were off and a little sick. Extra motivation for the rest of the year. Happy with how the girls ran today though. Young but continue to impress and improve.

Congratulations, daddy.

At this point, it's going to be your post and a chain of my comments, but I had to say congratulations on the way your team, both boys and girls, ran at BYU today. Nice work.

Yes, congrats to D-Hills! I love keeping up with how they are doing, esp. Bryson, who is a neighbor.

Btw, I've been meaning to meet you. Would love to help out in some small way with the team when available. I work full time so it can be rough. However, during high training (esp. before big meets) it may be nice for some of the runners to get a quick 5 minutes spent on some deep tissue if they feel like they are tightening up, etc.

Just let me know. Also, my middle daughter runs track (she is only in 8th grade right now) but she is good. So hopefully you will be meeting her sometime in the near future as well.

Congrats again. :-)
