| | Ran the Mayor's Loop with Dave early this morning. Fun chatting with him. Added on 4 miles towards Man o War. I helped do a virtual race and carried a phone for a 5k. Didn't use my right arm the whole time because I was holding the phone and recording. 18:37 for my 5k. Wasn't trying to hammer it but did negative split. Half marathon distance for the end of the week.
