| | I ran from my sister's house up to Herriman High School and then headed south towards the new Mountain Ridge High School. Such a beautiful campus. Rolling route with some hills. 7:12/mile for 13 miles. Felt kind of flat from the long drive yesterday.

| | 15 miles along the Jordan River Parkway this morning. Headwind heading south towards Lehi. I started at 12600 South. I never have gone south before. Lots of rolling hills and big climbs. Flipped and ending up doing 8x2:00 minute pickups on the way back. Lack of sleep and lots of driving the last couple of days has killed me. Next week should be back to the swing of things.

| | Ran with Dave this morning. We were planning on doing a half marathon training run from Highland Park to Bloomington Park. I started off and felt pretty good but my stomach started acting up. I had to ease off for a couple miles and then muster up the strength to finish strong. Dave had to use the bathroom so I pushed the last 1.5 miles in with him. I need to do this again. I was rolling for the first 5 miles. I can do better.

| | 13.5 miles total this morning in Beaver. Ran almost 3 miles with Abby and then did 10 more miles up towards the Canyon in Beaver. Threw in some Fartleks for the last couple miles. Temps were perfect again. It is fun running at 6000 feet with cooler weather. So much fun.
We then went up and flagged Delano Peak for next week. Lots of fun but it was tiring. Solid way to end the week.
