10 miles down the marathon course with the boys. Wanted to do something a little different today with our run so we ran the last part of the course. Kids seemed to enjoy it plus it was nice to get a little downhill running in at the end of a great week.

5 more miles in the heat. Came upon a giant blow snake which made me pee my pants a little but it ended up being dead on the side of the road. I barely survived.

| | Met up with the TEAM and looped Little Black Mtn. This was the end of arguably one of the best weeks ever in Desert Hills XC history. I am super impressed with this group of boys and girls this year. They understand the TEAM concept probably better than any group to come through the program.
13 miles with the boys and pushed the last 2-3 miles in. Solid run from them.
