Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

My legs were really heavy this morning.  The goal was just to get out there and loosen up some of the lactic acid.  It loosened up a little but not much.  I ran into Katey on my run.  We stopped by the house we are close to buying.  I think we are going to do it.  The legs should be fine after today :)

Met up with the club at the Dixie Center.  We are planning on doing hill repeats on Webb Hill so we went out and mapped out a route.  My quads were trashed and I was glad the pace was slow.  I should be able to work the crud out over the next couple days.

You tore up the legs the other day! It was fun going to dinner with you guys too. I am glad you are a little sore after running leg 11 or it would make me look bad. I always tell people that is probably the most brutal of all the legs in WBR.
