6 miles in the morning.

5 miles in the evening.

Slight taper for Wasatch Back.  Went out towards Ivins again.  I ran the last mile with my little sister who is training for her first St. George Marathon.  I think she is going to do well.  Now I get to run errands until we take off for up north.

5 miles right after we ate Subway for dinner up in Orem.  It wasn't sitting very well for any of us.  Not even .13 into the run we all had side aches and were not feeling good.  We finally relaxed and everything was okay.

Ride those handle bars to victory! Don't over heat out there...

I was thinking about doing a 4-5 miler when we got up there tonight, and then another 5 in the morning before we take off.

Clyde,

Sounds good. It will be nice to get the legs loose after a long drive.

Jon,

At least 1 minute. Hopefully the blue team lets the white team stay close:)

You know, being the underdog is fun. When we trash talk, that's all it is. When the expected winner trash talks, then they are being prideful and arrogant. :)
