Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

Ran from the house in Ivins all the way over to Little Valley to my parent's house. Had cloud cover and a little bit of wind which made it perfect. Stopped at all the little parks to see what one had the coldest water. Cottonwood Cove Park on Dixie Dr. is the winner. 6:55/mile for just over 17 miles. 

Wore sunglasses that I found this spring and they are the first pair that actually kept the sweat out of my eyes. It relaxed me a bunch to wear them. Maybe Dave is right. Might need to get some shades for the TEAM.
