I drove down to St. George with my cousin in the big moving truck.  6 hours of joy and pleasure!  I saw clouds in the sky but I decided to loosen up the legs and go introduce myself to the St. George asphalt once again.  I went from my parent's house in Santa Clara out towards Tuacahn and then back around to their place.  I did 9.20 miles in about 56 minutes and change.  I am really excited to be down here.  It is a great opportunity for Katey and me.  I am thrilled to be down here close to family.  I am going to go and hop in the pool to try and help the muscles relax.

I'm glad the move went well. You really make it sound like this is the best thing for you and your family and that is all you can ask for. Good luck!
