8 miles this morning. Cooler temps were nice. 7:28/mile.

4 more miles this afternoon from the high school out along River Road. Lots of fun. Weird running by myself and no kids with me due to the break.

10 miles this afternoon from the school. Went and looped into Bloomington and then back down along the River Trail. Extended a little to Hidden Valley Park. It was a little crazy with the wind and rain but the cooler temps helped out. 7:28/mile.

Ran the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim with Matt and Spencer (two athletes who just graduated). Quite the adventure. Started at North Rim and then went up Bright Angel Trailhead. It was fun hearing all the hikers tell us we need to be careful running fast because we could roll an ankle. Tons of great memories and experiences from this. I have always wanted to do this. An experience I will never forget.
