| | 10 miles this morning before going over to the BYU meet. Long day but some good stuff come from it. Still a little work to do before state in two weeks. While running this morning I realized that living up north would be tough due to all of the traffic. |

| | 13 miles during the meet. I planned on running throughout the day to get my 13 miles. Mission accomplished. I would warm up and cool down with the kids but I also got invited by Timo to go run with a few of the coaches and their distance runners. It was fun talking with Timo, Jody Benson from Timpanogos, Chase from Riverton, and Danny from Provo about training and the upcoming cross country season. I think the boys had fun running with the Timpanogos guys. Good end to the week. Just trying to not worry about a lot of personal running stuff through track but just to get the miles in. |

| | I am up in Park City for our youth conference so I woke up early and ran from the lodge up into Park City. The temps were chilly at 38 degrees but the mountain air felt great. I can't believe how pretty it is up there. 7:20/mile.

| | Met up at the store and ran with Steve and a few other guys. We went to Hells Canyon, out into the fields over to Treasure Valley Park, over to the new bridge, up to Telegraph and back to the store. Felt pretty good throughout. We eased into it and then had a few miles under 6:30. Picked it up at the very end with Steve. The weathe was perfect and I did the 15 miles with 6:58/mile. Solid week of running for me. Steve is trying to convince me to sign up for the marathon. I might do a trail race instead. I just want to enjoy the summer so I need to get a race lined up to have a solid summer. |
