| | Went out along the Snow Canyon Parkway again. It was really hot this afternoon but slightly windy which helped immensely. I didn't take a watch today. I just wanted to enjoy this one. |

| | Had the boys' soccer team car wash all morning. Clyde and Mik'l came over for a free car wash so Clyde and I set something up for the afternoon. It was really hot (80+ degrees)! We met at the Dixie Center and went out towards SunRiver. It was fun seeing the kite festival from a distance. We didn't push the pace to hard and ended up doing 6:56/mile overall. |

| | 10 miles in the morning with Clyde. 8.50 miles in the afternoon with Bill and Clyde. Nice and easy run this morning with Clyde around his house. It was relaxed and the pace felt good. Met up with Clyde and Bill this evening at the Dixie Center. We went out around the Bloomington Loop. It was a touch warm but nice to run with some company today.

| | Met up with Clyde, Bill, and James to go and run 20 miles on the marathon course. I was curious to see how today would go and I was pleasantly surprised. Clyde and I took off and did the first 10 miles at about 6:50ish pace. It felt really easy. We fueled up and then picked up the pace. I did about 4 miles just slower than 6:00/mile pace and didn't want to overdo it so I slowed down a little bit for the last couple miles. Clyde ran great today. I am just trying to get some miles in while I can during soccer season and then I will really grit down and focus for the rest of the year. My legs are a little sore after today's run though.
